1Initial Consultation and Client Brief
In order for us to gain a solid brief, it is important for us to understand what you want from your outdoor space, as well as get an understanding of your likes and dislikes. At this meeting we discuss colour schemes, styles, tastes, materials and budget so that we are able to produce a design proposal that you will be delighted with.

2Site Survey
In order for us to provide accurate drawings, we need a detailed analysis of your site, informing the location of services, soil type, aspect, views and vistas and site measurements. This will either be carried out by ourselves, or by a land surveyor.

3Design Proposal
From the brief and the survey, we are able to then produce and present a scaled design plan. This is the exciting bit, where you get an idea of what your new garden will look like. A flat plan is produced with extra 3D illustrations for you to get a real feeling of the proposal.

4Construction Detailing
Once you have accepted the design proposal, technical drawings and specifications are produced in order for us to ensure that the garden is built to the correct standards and as outlined within your design proposal.

5Planting Plans & Schedules
Planting plans are produced and presented in colour including all individual plant names and locations. Schedules are produced listing plants, quantities and sizes, which are used for sourcing and pricing.

6Project Management
We project manage the implementation process to ensure that the garden we proposed is built to the correct specifications and standard. Our project management service ensures you experience minimal stress and hassle, as we take on every aspect of managing the build.

7Planning & Maintenance
Once you have accepted the design proposal, technical drawings and specifications are produced in order for us to ensure that the garden is built to the correct standards and as outlined within your design proposal.

Planting Design
We are available to come and measure up existing borders and provide you with a revitalised planting scheme within your garden. We can also design ad-ins beds and borders according to your needs.

Annual Maintenance
We are able to organise a follow up maintenance package at specific points throughout the year in order for the designed garden to evolve over the years and grow with you.

Other
Our team of experienced horticulturalists and tree workers are available to work in any garden, taking on the larger tasks. These include pruning and cutting back, mulching, lifting and dividing, meadow strumming and also hedge and tree works.
